The room was very comfortable and excellent value for money. You are only 10mins from the airport but quite a distance from anything else so I would use this as a transit hotel.
There is some confusion as there are different receptions and it seems to be shared with the Astoria hotel. The language is a problem as there was no menu in English and the staff could not translate. I ordered a wake up call for 7am and got one at 4am.

Serin is now really Astoria. Absolutely fabulous 'new building'. very spacious, clean, new and comfortable. the bed is really super large. the shower is big. no noises from the road to be heard. The spa and gym is great. special area for women fitness and women's pool but unfortunately works till 10pm.
really far from the city center in the idustrial area where there are car dealership shops and furniture shops. reckless and unacceptable breakfast situation. breakfast is served from 8am. at 8.05am they only started to put out cold appetizers. by 8.20am! there were still no hot meal served, the water for tea was cold. i think it's unbelievable disrespect for guests.

I can't use credit card(VISA) to pay my room charge He said the connecting broken to the credit card machine I take out of all my cash and still not enough Finally, I borrow 5 manats from my customer This is very inconvenience to me I had the same problem in another hotel of Azerbaijan in my last visit I don't know why

I like about the Serin hotel mainly : spa, outside pool, friendly and cooperative staff specially managment.

Very professional and friednly staff always ready to help. Great pool and very good gym. The food was delicious I really enjoyed the stay. Special thanks to Reception department of the hotel for his hospitality and fast accomodation.
Though the hotel is not just in center I had no problems - taxi is very cheap and it is only 10 min to center.

The staff were fantastic very friendly and would go out of there way to help you. We had full board and would get any food we asked for. Im surprised about the reviews of this hotel. The gym was one of the best i've ever seen at a hotel and there was a huge swimming pool outdoors and indoors.
Although not in the centre this hotel is great if you want to relax and taxi's are very cheap. Also there is a underground station 5 minutes away. Also a suggestion to get the menu in English :)

Great spa facilities, indoor And outdoor pool. Large room. Nice staff.
You cannot open the room Windows so there is no natural ventilation And the air conditioning was not funcioning Well

It was amazing! Best of all the hotel staff. Very attentive, hardworking, and helpful. We did not have a problem! Lovely room, outdoor pool a delight.
The only downside of this hotel is the situation. Far from the center with not nice surroundings.
